Daniel tries to help two of his patients who are in a dispute over the innocence of a man imprisoned for murder. Heston is told he does not have dementia, but he refuses to consider he might be depressed. Meanwhile, Niamh backs out of breaking up with Oliver, and Toni decides to leave the Mill.
